Co-pesraium and Caramlo are drugs that differ in the content of one of the active substances. Co-pretarium is a combination of perindopril (it is an ACE-I angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor) with amlodipine, Caramlo contains candesartan (angiotensin II receptor antagonist) and amlodipine. The strength of the antihypertensive effect of ACE-I and sartans is comparable. Therefore, it is impossible to clearly determine which of the preparations is stronger. The choice of medicine is influenced by various factors, e.g. medical history and treatment, current condition of the patient, occurrence of comorbidities, which drug is better tolerated by a given person, or side effects. Given the above information, an individual feature is which of the drugs for a particular patient will be more effective in controlling blood pressure. Through Gdziepolek it is possible to book medicines in a selected pharmacy. I enclose links to Co-prestarium and Caramlo: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/19785/co-prestarium-10-mg-5-mg-tabletki/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/99940/caramlo-16-mg-5-mg-tabletki/apteki I encourage you to read interesting materials and attach information about the possibility of using teleconsultation: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/nadcisnienie https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja
