When using Sinupret drops, side effects such as gastrointestinal disorders, stomach pain, nausea have been reported. Ipeca 9CH is a homeopathic preparation, data on side effects reported while taking the preparation are limited. It is possible that unwanted symptoms are caused by the preparations taken.
