If I store the Lactibane cnd and standard probiotic in the refrigerator, does it lose its properties?

Do you store the probiotic in the refrigerator (Lactibane CND and reference) loses its properties? (I kept it in the fridge for a week and realized that there is no such necessity, I think if it did not break?)
