Whether you can get a discount prescription for Trulicity from your doctor depends on more factors than your current medications. Trulicity with a payment of 30% can be obtained by a patient who meets the following criteria: Type 2 diabetes mellitus in patients treated with at least two hypoglycemic drugs, with HbA1c ≥ 7.5%, with obesity defined as BMI ≥30 kg / m2 and very high cardiovascular risk understood as: 1) confirmed cardiovascular disease, or 2) damage to other organs manifested by: proteinuria or left ventricular hypertrophy or retinopathy, or 3)the presence of 2 or more of the main risk factors listed below: -age ≥ 55 years for men, ≥60 years for women, -dyslipidaemia, -hypertension, -smoking. Your entry shows that you meet the criterion of therapy with two drugs, but nothing is known about the others. It would be best to ask a doctor who knows your case and is able to assess all medical aspects related to the possibility of issuing a reimbursed prescription about the possibility of obtaining a discount. You will find more on this subject in our study: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/kiedy-lek-nalezy-sie-na-znizke Trulicity can be booked at GdziePoLek and collected stationary upon presentation of a prescription: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/87306/trulicity-iniekcja/apteki
