Does Clatra reduce the effect of Bioracef?

Hello. Can clatra reduce the effect of Bioracef? Is it possible to combine the use of clatra and this antibiotic in general? I take Clatre permanently, currently I have ear inflammation.

Bilastin is an antihistamine used to treat allergy symptoms such as hay fever, hives and itching of the skin. Bioracef is an antibiotic from the cephalosporin group that is used to treat bacterial infections. There are no known direct interactions between bilastine and Bioracef (cefuroxime), but it is always important to consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking these medicines at the same time. It is recommended to keep a 1-2 hour interval between preparations.
