Can I use Pernazinum and hydroxyzine if I can't fall asleep?

I took trittico 75mg to sleep, now the doctor changed me to pernazinum 25mg and unfortunately I do not sleep. Can I take hydroxyzine or something that will allow me to fall asleep at the beginning? I don't see a doctor until June.

Was hydroxyzine ordered by the same doctor as Pernazinum? The interaction between pernasin and hydroxyzine can be serious and dangerous. Both drugs have sedative and hypnotic effects, so their simultaneous use may increase side effects such as drowsiness, dizziness, problems with concentration and difficulty with motor coordination. In addition, there is a risk of worsening depression of the respiratory center, which can lead to serious breathing problems. Please do not use both medicines on your own. If both preparations have been prescribed by a doctor, please keep at least 2-3 hours between medications.
