There are no contraindications to start treatment with nintedanib immediately after stopping Lagevrio. There is no need to keep any special time intervals between these treatments. Nintedanib therapy should be started as early as possible, the dosage established with the doctor should be followed. When it comes to the effectiveness of therapy and prognosis - with this question you should go to the doctor who is guiding you. You should be aware that during therapy there is a risk of arterial thromboembolic episodes. If you are receiving cardiological treatment - it is worth consulting your cardiologist regularly. However, patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) treated with nintedanib monotherapy had a higher incidence of arterial thromboembolic episodes. Caution should be exercised when treating patients with high cardiovascular risk, including patients with known coronary heart disease. Discontinuation of treatment should be considered in patients who develop signs or symptoms of acute myocardial ischaemia." If you do not have the opportunity to consult your doctor, you can use the teleadvice here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja/z-pulmonologiem
