What herbs can I replace Telmisartan?

Hello. Please give me the best herbal remedy for postmenopause. I take Telmistartan 40mg and would like to switch completely to herbs. I use chamomile, valerian root, dandelion root, hop cones, hawthorn inflorescence, mistletoe, passion fruit.

Telmisartan is a drug intended for use in the treatment of hypertension and the prevention of cardiovascular events. It affects the balance of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system, due to which it leads to vasodilation, reduction of vascular resistance and lowering of blood pressure.
