Why the difference in price on Engerix B when buying stationary and ordering online?

I bought Engerix B (0.02MG 1 ML) in the pharmacy without ordering at the price - 99.90 zł. And when ordering via the Internet, this price is - 58.99 zł. Why such a difference in price?

Engerix B is a non-reimbursable drug, so pharmacies can independently determine its price, which may therefore vary between individual pharmacies: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/27248/engerix-b-iniekcja/apteki When it comes to different prices in the same pharmacy, I can only suggest that sometimes pharmacies, wanting to encourage patients to use the online functions offered by a given pharmacy, may offer different prices for online and stationary purchases. It should be emphasized, however, that Engerix B is a prescription vaccine, so you can only book the product online, while the collection must take place stationary and there is no possibility of shipment. I cannot therefore confirm how exactly it was in your case. It might as well have been a coincidence, and the price difference had another reason. Therefore, this question should be addressed directly to the pharmacy where you purchased Engerix B.
