Can I take Lercan instead of Lercan? Polsart?

I took Polsat 40 for 12 years and for about a year I had wheezing shortness of breath, so the cardiologist rejected Polsat, giving lercart and nonpress instead.
After a few days, my blood pressure jumped to 160, 110 and my heart rate was 98, so I don't recommend replacing these medications, because the body reacts differently to the medications already taken, which helped with blood pressure and it was perfect. The change was only due to shortness of breath, which intensified. Lercan and nonpres were taken together, and the pressure went up, and the effect of the drugs seemed to be short-lived and almost non-existent. I don't recommend replacing it, not because of another ingredient, because I know that there are better drugs than Polsat, but because of the action.
