Can Mycosyst cause tinnitus?

Can mycosyst cause tinnitus? I took one pill in the morning, while in the afternoon I feel terrible tinnitus... However, I do not see this in side effects.

Tinnitus has not been observed and reported as an adverse reaction in the Mycosyst documentation, but not all drug side effects are known and described. If you associate taking the drug with the appearance of tinnitus, I encourage you to report it to your doctor. Reporting side effects allows you to gather more information about the safety of medicines and update data about them, which can help other patients in the future.
