What drugs to use for dysmenorrhea?

Please help. I usually have very strong menstrual pain every month. Drugs like paracetamol, ibuprofen and even pyralgina no longer work. I also combine them with diastolic, but it does not give much. What over-the-counter painkillers are really strong for this type of pain?
