Ivermectin and pyrantel are better to dose in the following days, because their combination may cause too strong a herx effect. Only when the first course of treatment has not proved fully effective, then take both drugs at the same time. But also carefully, in smaller than suggested doses. Ivermectin can be enhanced by combining with zentel albendazole, these drugs act on each other synergistically, mutually enhance each other's action.

Yes, you can. These drugs do not interact with each other clinically that would preclude their combined use. However, the desire to use another antiparasitic drug should be consulted with the attending physician. I enclose additional information that may be helpful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-przyjmowanie-kilku-lekow-jednoczesnie-jest-bezpieczne https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-mozna-laczyc-leki-ze-soba

The GdziePoLek.pl service also allows you to book Posela medicine in a selected stationary pharmacy and pick up after presenting a prescription: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/112480/posela-tabletki/apteki I also enclose a link to a page where you can compare the prices of Pyrantelum in online pharmacies and place an order with home delivery or collection at the nearest stationary pharmacy: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/65515/pyrantelum-owix-tabletki/apteki?pvid=17674#internetowe

User questions and answers that provide feedback about products are not verified for the purchase or use of the product. Companies often order anonymous comments to form positive opinions about their products, or negative ones about competitors. Therefore, be guided by the information in the pharmacists' responses in the first place.
