To @nie_chce_dac_kodu_obcemu_chlopu: There is no obligation to provide such data over the phone. Please tell the pharmacy employee your concerns, you may be able to make a reservation. GdziePoLek is not the owner of pharmacies connected to the portal, therefore we have no influence on the internal arrangements of the manager or owner of a specific facility.

I received information that providing this data is obligatory, and that without reservation the drug will not be issued to me. Unfortunately, I will have to drive 80km to another pharmacy.

If you want to book a medicine over the phone, you do not need to provide a prescription code and PESEL number. It is enough to ask for a reservation of the drug by a specific time, e.g. by giving a surname or first name. To check the data on the prescription, the pharmacy employee may ask for the prescription code and PESEL, but you do not have to agree to it. Just ask to put the medicine away for you. I think it's a matter of arrangements with an employee of a particular pharmacy.

User questions and answers that provide feedback about products are not verified for the purchase or use of the product. Companies often order anonymous comments to form positive opinions about their products, or negative ones about competitors. Therefore, be guided by the information in the pharmacists' responses in the first place.
