When combining Duo-Femu with supplements, e.g. Vigor, there may be too much daily supply of vitamins, e.g. vitamin D3, B6 and zinc or chromium. Therefore, if you are considering additional vitamin supplementation, it is worth considering what effect you care about and what deficiencies you would like to supplement - then choose a 1-2 component preparation, but do not use multi-component agents.
