There is no indication in the Summary of Product Characteristics that Uro-Vaxom causes dry mouth or interferes with the salivary glands. However, there is information that it can cause swelling of the mouth. If this dryness coincided with the use of the medicinal product - there is a chance that you reacted this way to the product, then I would recommend consulting a doctor. If it bothers you so much that it prevents you from functioning comfortably during the day - you may want to consider changing to another drug.
