Do not take 2 tablets of Tardyferon at once. For the treatment of iron deficiency anemia of considerable severity, it is recommended to take 1 tablet before breakfast and before dinner. Taking two tablets at once may result in side effects such as abdominal pain, nausea and diarrhoea and may lead to reduced iron absorption compared to absorption when two doses are given at an interval of time.
