I bought a replacement for Polinail - Ciclolack. How to dose the preparation?

The dermatologist prescribed me a polynail to lubricate the nail every day, and I bought a cheaper replacement ciclolack or should I also use it every day ???? since it says that 1 ms 3 times a week, the second month twice a week and 3 months once a week

Polinail and Ciclolack are preparations containing the same active substance ciclopirox, in the same dosage - 80mg in 1g of the product, differ in the content of excipients. In the event of discrepancies in the recommended dosage described in the leaflets of the preparations, the recommendations for the use of varnish given by the doctor should be followed.
