On the prescription Amotaks 500/5 1 op 100 ml written out on a lump sum. In the pharmacy I was informed that I could not be given the drug (100 ml package) at a discount due to the dosage of 2ml 3x a day, is this true?

In fact, the pharmacist is not able to dispense the drug at a discount in such a situation. If you want to buy the drug at a discount, you should consult your doctor again with a request to change the dosage on the prescription - so that the treatment does not exceed 14 days. When dosing 2ml 3 times a day, a 100 ml bottle is enough for just over 16 days of treatment, while the drug after preparation is fit for consumption for 14 days - hence the lack of discount - the use of the drug outside the indications contained in the Safety Data Sheet - this is tantamount to the inability to get a discount.
