Can the pharmacy convert dried medical marijuana into a sublingual extract?

Good morning - when buying in a pharmacy aurora 20/1 or other canabis sativa, can I ask in a pharmacy to make drops dosed under the tongue from this dried drops?

Currently, only 2-3 pharmacies in Poland process dried herbs into sublingual extract. For this you need special equipment, which pharmacies do not have.
