Is it possible to use lecithin, yeast, arctic root, vitamins and herbal infusions at the same time?

Can you take together: Vigor up, lecithin forte and yeast with pansy in the morning and arctic root and yeast with pansy but in the evening? Is it also possible to use vitamins b, c and d or k and, for example, drink herbal infusions + normally eating vegetables and fruits?

Theoretically, no significant interactions were found between the ingredients of the preparations mentioned in the question and the vitamins mentioned. However, you should be aware that manufacturers of dietary supplements are not obliged to conduct interaction studies, so it cannot be 100% excluded that interactions will not occur. In the case of herbal infusions, in order to be able to answer the question asked, it is necessary to refer to specific vegetable raw materials. It is also worth considering whether the use of so many preparations is necessary. If the daily diet is properly balanced and diverse, in general, the use of multivitamin preparations is not necessary.
