Is it possible to use diltiazem ointment and Procto-Glyvenol cream at the same time?

Is it possible to use procto-glyvenol cream and diltiazem ointment at the same time? I got a prescription for a prescription ointment from the surgeon, recently I have a problem with itching and burning of the anus, there was a watery discharge, on the occasion of a gynecological visit the doctor advised the use of procto-glyvenol but I do not know if it can be somehow combined?
