Isn't it too much Ozempic for the first time?

Hello, diabetologist prescribed me ozempic 1 mg and finally I got this drug but my question is whether it is not too high a dose for the first time, I take 2x diaprel 60 and glucophage 1000 1x. BMI I have 42.3weigh 110 kg and glycated morphologies 9.2 or not drop too much sugar, now when sometimes I succeed and drops to 76 immediately shake my hands.

When starting treatment with Ozempic, it usually starts with an initial dose - i.e. 0.25 mg once a week. After 4 weeks, the dose should be increased to 0.5 mg once a week. After at least 4 weeks of taking a dose of 0.5 mg once a week, the dose may be increased to 1 mg once a week for further improvement in glycaemic control. After at least 4 weeks of taking a dose of 1 mg once a week, the dose may be increased to 2 mg once a week for further improvement of glycemic control. I would advise you to consult your doctor again to determine if you really have to start with the highest dose. Patients treated with Ozempic in combination with a sulphonylurea (Diaprel) may be at increased risk of hypoglycaemia. The risk of hypoglycaemia can be reduced by lowering the dose of the sulfonylurea when initiating treatment with Ozempic. Has the dose of Diaprel been reduced?
