Is it possible to eat cereal with milk and drink kefir while taking Pylera?

I take pylera. I eat a lot of fruit and chicken I don't know what you can eat the doctor I don't give a diet thank you and what to eat thank you for your answer

Due to the presence of Tetracycline in the composition of the drug Pyrela, it is not recommended to consume dairy products and calcium during the course of treatment. These products interfere with the absorption of Tetracycline from the gastrointestinal tract, and therefore reduce the effectiveness of the drug. For the duration of treatment, dairy products can be replaced with vegan ones, e.g. coconut yogurt, coconut milk or almond milk.
