Since June 2022 I take Orlificique tablets, usually bleeding occurred on the 4th day of placebo use, and from 3 months it starts on the 2nd day. Is this normal?

I have been taking orlifique tablets since June 2022, for three months the withdrawal bleeding occurs after taking 2 placebo tablets, where there was always 4 placebo tablets. Should I worry about it, is it normal?

Yes, this is a completely normal and correct effect of using Orlifique tablets. According to the product characteristics, bleeding should occur on the 2nd or 3rd day of using placebo tablets. Please remember that despite the use of hormone therapy, there may still be minor changes and fluctuations in the body - which may result in changes in the response to the drugs used. If no dose omissions have occurred during the use of the tablets, or if absorption may have been disturbed, this shift in bleeding is not a cause for concern.
