I understand that you mean the drug Levoxa - a chemotherapeutic agent and injecting the spine with steroids, the so-called "blockade". The use of the drug is possible and is not a contraindication to the procedure. More here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/rwa-kulszowa-bol-kregoslupa
