Can I put Finlepsin Retard 200 overnight?

Hello. If I have been taking finlepsin retard 200 for 2 weeks, 1 tablet in the morning and 1 in the evening, can I stop taking it overnight? I'm asking because I need to start taking another drug that interacts with finlepsin.

Any modifications in therapy, including discontinuation of the drug, should be made after consultation with the attending physician acquainted in detail with your state of health. Please do not do it on your own. Treatment should be supervised by a specialist. According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, when switching preparations, the dose of Finlepsin should be reduced gradually. The plasma half-life of Finlepsin is 11 to 13 hours.
