Should I continue to take nail fungus medicine just in case?
I treat onychomycosis in a cyclical mode 200 x 2 a day. I finished the 3rd cycle. I think the 4th cycle and the nail will heal. Should I keep taking just in case.

You have not written exactly what medicine you are taking, so I cannot give a precise answer. If in doubt whether the nail is already completely healthy, it is best to go for a check-up to a dermatologist who will examine it.
