Is it possible to combine omega acids from fish and evening primrose?

Good morning, will taking two omega 3 capsules and two evening primrose capsules be a good proportion? Should I supplement them differently?

There are no contraindications to the use of such a combination. These are two different sources of omega acids, so if there is a need for supplementation, these preparations can be combined with each other.
