As I understand it, you are asking about a chemical compound called 'dimercaprol'. Examples of trade names can be found at the following link: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/substancje/dimerkaprol To the best of my knowledge, however, none of these drugs has a valid registration in Poland, nor is it available in pharmacies integrated with GdziePoLek.
