Can pregnancy occur by rubbing?

Hello quite a stupid question but there is a chance of pregnancy if the boy rubbed in panties and shorts about me and I also had panties there was no ejaculation but whether , sperm can somehow penetrate and maybe enough for fertilization are there such cases?

To @Angel: As I have already written - I am not aware of cases of getting pregnant by rubbing in shorts and underwear. Sperm on the fabric dries quickly.
