If you are not able to swallow the tablets whole, then yes - they can be crushed or divided. However, please pay attention not to lose the fragments of the tablet during crushing, but to take its entire dose. Some specialists, however, are of the opinion that the crushed preparation may not be absorbed as it should. The tablet is designed to reach the stomach, and sometimes further to the intestines and release the substance there to be absorbed. Crushing the tablets, we lead to a situation that part of the active substance settles for some time in the throat and esophagus. It is also treated longer with hydrochloric acid from the stomach and digestive enzymes. It follows that such a procedure may affect the absorption and effective action of the preparation. I also encourage you to read the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-stosowac-tabletki-i-kapsulki I enclose a link to a page where you can compare the prices of Hepaslimin in online pharmacies and place an order with home delivery or collection at the nearest stationary pharmacy: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/34752/hepaslimin-tabletki/apteki
