What can high upper pressure and low lower pressure mean?

Hello, for the last months I have constantly increased upper pressure and lowered lower eg 133/66 (normal pulse). Is such a pressure difference dangerous? A blood test and an echo and ECG of the heart showed nothing. Can I still do a test?

High systolic pressure and low diastolic pressure can mean high pulse pressure (but you write that the pulse is normal). This must not be underestimated, such a difference may turn out to be dangerous and the reason for its occurrence should be found. The pharmacist does not order tests, especially cardiological tests - here you must turn to the attending physician. Did your cardiologist not recommend anything extra? No medication? You can always consult another specialist if you are not sure of the credibility of the former.
