Can pressure jump through Trimbow?

Hello, mom has been using Trimbow for 3 months, she is very happy, but recently she got very high blood pressure that we can not cope with, she has already changed medications three times and jumps from low to high all the time, can Trimbow cause hypertension and affect the drugs she takes

Trinbow is a drug in the form of an aerosol for inhalation, so it should act locally and penetrate the whole body to a small extent. Therefore, I would not look for the cause of pressure fluctuations in Trimbow. Please rinse your mouth and facial area after applying the spray. This is very important in the prevention of possible thrush, fungi, aphthae. Please pay attention to whether the drugs are used properly? As recommended? Have there been any changes in physical activity or diet? Or maybe some other drugs? Dietary supplements or herbs are used by mom that we do not know about?
