Yes, if you are allergic to penicillins (i.e. the antibiotic Augmentin), you can use Azycin. Augmentin and Azycin are antibiotics belonging to different chemical groups. Augmentin, containing amoxicillin and clavulanic acid, belongs to the antibiotics of penicillin derivatives, while Azycin belongs to the group of macrolides. These antibiotics have a completely different chemical structure and show a different mechanism of p/bacterial action. We use azicin once a day, at 24-hour intervals between doses. During the use of an antibiotic, it is worth supplementing the therapy with a probiotic preparation: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/probiotyki-czy-warto-stosowac-leki-oslonowe
