No, Biofenac does not have diuretic properties, nor has such an adverse reaction been described. Increased urine output, in addition to drug causes, may result from changes in diet: increasing the amount of fluids drunk, limiting salt, etc., it can also be a symptom of an ongoing infection (e.g. cystitis or urinary tract inflammation) or chronic disease (e.g. diabetes). If severe diuresis persists for a long time, a visit to the doctor will be necessary.
