At the outset, it should be noted that Dymista can only be obtained with a prescription and should not be used without consulting a specialist. If you have received such a recommendation from a doctor, it can be used, but according to Chracteristics Dymista should be used to relieve the symptoms of allergic rhinitis if intranasal administration of an antihistamine or glucocorticoid alone is insufficient. It is therefore not a typical medicine for colds. Especially that the full effect of the drug will be visible after about 3 days.
