According to the information in the Summary of Product Characteristics: this medicine should not be used in children and adolescents under 18 years of age. For a 16-year-old, I would recommend the usual Sinupret, according to the dosage guidelines for adolescents over 12 years of age: orally 2 tablets dragged 3 times a day.
