The manufacturer of K2-Vitum recommends using it in adults, so guided by this, do not give the supplement to a child. It happens that children should additionally supplement some vitamins, but this must be justified by incorrect test results, disease symptoms and specific medical recommendations. If there are none, I see no justification for giving K2-Vitum to a 7-year-old. If, on the other hand, the doctor has recommended the administration of vitamin K2, please give the prescribed dose, then we can determine whether K2-vitum will be adequate. It is worth remembering that vitamin K2 is taken with food and produced by the intestinal flora. A well-composed diet and care for the intestinal microflora should provide the child with the right amount of vitamin K.
