Can Cetraxal and Farungotac be used together? Learz prescribed both, but the leaflet of Cetraxal is not to be used in the case of mushrooms

No special time interval is required between these drugs.
For comfort, you can keep an interval of about 1-2 hours between these medications. I've attached a link to a helpful post:

Cetraxal and Fungotac can be used together. The dosage regimen established with the doctor should be strictly followed. The doctor recommended such drugs because he most likely does not know what caused the inflammation of the ear - whether bacteria or fungi. The recommendation of two drugs with different effects (one acts on bacteria, the other on fungi) increases the chance of faster recovery and resolution of the infection. Don't worry. If otitis was caused by fungi, Cetraxal would not work, but only cause excessive growth of fungi - which would worsen your health.
