Can Eliquis be used with Fluconazole?

Good morning, with what antifungal drugs (vaginal mycosis) can be combined eliquis. I have the drug fluconazole 150mg tablets, but I read that it can not be combined with eliquis. A clotrimazole?

Eliquis should not be combined with antifungal substances administered orally, i.e. ketoconazole, itraconazole, voriconazole and fluconazole (the latter you are prescribed). This information can also be found in the package leaflet of the medicine. The substances I have listed are mostly oral preparations and their use may increase the concentration of Eliquis. The consequence of which may be the appearance of bleeding, that is, threaten our health. The final decision, however, in the combination of Fluconazole and Eliquis drugs is made by the doctor. Unfortunately, we do not know if the doctor knew that you were taking Eliquis. If the doctor has consciously recommended such a combination, please consult him again. You may need to monitor your health extra and take extra care. It should be remembered that the dosage regimen agreed with the doctor should be strictly followed and seek medical help immediately in case of any alarming symptoms. Clotrimazoleum is a topical cream. There is no interaction with the anticoagulant Eliquis. However, it is not always a preparation strong enough in the treatment of vaginal mycosis. You may need to use a completely different medicine that is only available with a prescription. With the help of our portal you can also make a teleconsultation with a selected specialist: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja
