Is in addition to vit. C and K are there other supplements for vascular strengthening, prevention of nosebleeds?

Ingredients that are attributed properties affecting the elasticity and protection of blood vessels are, for example: diosmin, troxerutin, horse chestnut extract, escin, herperidine, ruscus extract. When it comes to preventing nosebleeds, moisturizing the mucosa may also be helpful (in the pharmacy you can find a preparation containing vitamin A, d-panthenol). If nosebleeds recur - it is worth going to the doctor to find out their cause.
