It may be that some of the Intesta Max pellets are excreted from the body. The granulate composition of Intesta Max is selected in such a way that the process of releasing sodium butyrate, the active substance that is supposed to support the treatment, takes place gradually, along the entire length of the small and large intestine. The shell, on the other hand, is supposed to protect the substance from gastric juice and deliver it to the intestinal lumen.

The granules are not soluble in water, so even drinking more water than usual will not increase the breakdown of granules and their absence in the faeces.

It is difficult to determine whether preprat is completely excreted from the body or only a small part. If you do not observe any positive changes in your health, report it to your doctor. You may need to change your formulation.
