Can Diphergan, Setaloft or Ketrel give a false positive drug test?
I did a drug test, and I did not take anything for 4 months and I came out amphetamine and thc. Could any of the drugs below have falsified the test? Diphergan, setaloft and ketrel

Yes, there are publications that describe the effect of quetiapine (Ketrel), sertraline (Setaloft) and promethazine (Diphergan) on a positive false urine drug test.
