Good morning. The 3-year-old daughter has been treated for several days by pediatrician Imupret N, Clemastinium and Levopront dry cough syrup. She just changed her cough to a wet one. Can I start giving her acc mini syrup with other medicines instead of levopront syrup?

You can definitely change the syrups used. Levopront, as you rightly pointed out, inhibits the dry, unproductive cough reflex. If there is residual discharge now, we need to dilute it. ACC does not interact with other drugs (Imupretem N and Clemastinum). ACC will be a good choice, reduce the viscosity of residual secretions and facilitate expectoration. Please remember that such preparations are given up to 4 hours before the child's bedtime, so that the cough does not interfere with sleep.
