Does vaginal ultrasound detect a possible pregnancy?
Hello. 23.10.2022 I made love with my boyfriend, 20.12.2022 I did beta HCG, which was 2.5 30.11.2022 I got menstruation but not as usual, it was 2 days blood clots. From then until today, i.e. 22.01.2023, I did not get my period. 2 weeks ago I was at the gynecologist, I got lutein for a week, but so far I have not got menstruation. What could be the reason for this? Does vaginal ultrasound detect a possible pregnancy? I will add that in addition to the bloated, swollen belly, he feels good.

The diagnosis can be made by a gynecologist - if you were on a visit, then probably the doctor said what in your individual case may cause amenorrhea. Presumably these are hormonal disorders, since you have been given lutein. If the intercourse took place in October, a month later you did a blood test, the result of which was low, then menstruation occurred, and then in January you visited a gynecologist, then the doctor had all the information to confirm or rule out pregnancy. At this stage, it would be visible in a transvaginal ultrasound. I enclose additional information:
