Could I have transferred bacteria from the anus to the vagina?
When I was in panties and pajamas and touched my finger to the anus and then the same vagina, could I transfer bacteria to the vagina and it will result in an intimate infection?

Bacteria living around the anus can cause infections if they reach the vagina. It is difficult for me to answer whether you could have transmitted the bacteria when you were in your panties and pajamas.
