Will Ospen help with a sore throat?

Hi I use ospen from Thursday, terrible sore throat as it was such is I can not.nie I can swallow normally because it causes me pain. Will this antibiotic finally work on the throat? I'm very weak and on top of that not much yen. Typical throat pills do not help
