If you have not had the planned menstruation and you have positive results of home pregnancy tests and a high result of chorionic gonadotropin, it is very likely that you are pregnant. Only quite exceptionally are the tests false positives. In the next step, you should make an appointment with a gynecologist to confirm the correct location of pregnancy in the uterine cavity on ultrasound. Then you will be 100% sure.
