The pharmacist sees your data when filling the prescription, as to whether he can not dispense - yes, e.g. in a situation where the prescription has entered the wrong dosage, the wrong type of prescription has been chosen (e.g. for narcotic drugs a regular prescription instead of rpw) or in other justified cases the pharmacist has the right to refuse to fill the prescription. If you cite your situation, I will try to assess whether the decision to refuse to implement it was justified.
